Alnas Organization Participation & Compensation

Anyone may apply to join the Alnas Organization. Under its leadership structure, members may contribute through investment, work, or both.

Contribution Points

• Every 454 SAR invested = 1 point

• Every 3 hours of work = 1 point

• Total points = Investment Points + Work Points

Compensation Formula

Your compensation share equals your points divided by the total points of all participants, multiplied by the 50% Workers & Investors allocation.

Compensation Share = (Your Points ÷ Total Participant Points) × 50%

Contribution Verification

All approved contributions are recorded in an Excel sheet through participation forms.

• Investors must upload proof of investment.

• Workers must upload evidence showing:

  • the task performed,

  • the start and end time of the work,

  • the total hours spent on the task.

• Points are awarded only after verification and approval.

Profit Allocation

• 15% Founder's inheritable share

• 15% Elected CEO share

• 50% Workers & Investors contribution share

• 20% Charity and taxes

Example

If you earn 10 points and the total approved points of all participants are 100, then:

10 ÷ 100 = 10%

You would receive 10% of the 50% Workers & Investors allocation, which equals 5% of the total distributed profit.

Note: The organization reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional evidence for any contribution submission. All contributions must be approved before execution to qualify for points and compensation you must check the excel sheet for Participation number and approval status and points.
