Forging an Alliance
Prime Ministers and Presidents who join Alnas for their nations and the international community will form a united global alliance aimed at combating abuse of power and human rights violations. Together, we will enforce laws agreed upon by the majority through the use of military and policing power when necessary.

Our vision is to create a world where no one can abuse their authority. In cases where abuses occur, we will issue a clear warning as a final resort before taking decisive action. All decisions within the alliance will be based on majority votes at both national and international levels, ensuring transparency and fairness.

Defense Strategy

1. First Line of Defense:
   
   

   • Promote peace with justice among conflicting parties.

   • Prosecute individuals accused of crimes and ensure they are brought to justice.

2. Second Line of Defense:
   
   

   • If parties refuse justice and peace, issue warnings to adopt peaceful resolutions.

   • If warnings are ignored, take action to enforce peace.

3. Third Line of Defense:
   
   

   • In cases where justice and peace are continually ignored, engage in conflict as a necessary response.

4. Fourth Line of Defense:
   
   

   • After conflict resolution, repair damages and provide aid to those in need.

   • Aid will be funded through alliance member donations or taxes to deliver essential support.

5. Fifth Line of Defense:
   
   

   • Organize resources and strategies for rebuilding the affected regions to achieve long-term independence and stability.

Alliance Requirements
To become an ally, nations must rely on their policing and military budgets sourced from taxes to operate within the alliance. This ensures a commitment to security and a peaceful global community.
