Dispute Resolution Framework
Presentation and Evidence Submission
All parties involved in a dispute are required to submit a detailed presentation that includes all relevant evidence related to the conflict. This ensures transparency and a comprehensive understanding of the matter at hand.
Judgment and Voting Process
Our team carefully reviews the submitted evidence and formulates an initial judgment.
This judgment is then presented to the appropriate group—city, country, or international—for voting. The group votes to determine the most suitable resolution, which will serve as the final decision.
Judicial Structure
Disputes are resolved within designated courts based on their scope:
City Court: Handles local disputes when all conflicting parties reside in the same city.
Country Court: Resolves disputes involving parties from different cities within the same country.
International Court: Addresses disputes between parties from different countries.
Elected Body and Legal Framework
The elected body will establish and oversee courts in their respective locations, ensuring decisions are made fairly and lawfully.
Judges presiding over these courts must be listed as verified lawyers within the relevant area.
Each court must consist of at least three judges (or more), with the total number being a prime number to maintain impartiality and prevent gridlocks.
Global Collaboration and Governance
Elected representatives at each level (city, country, and international) are empowered to lead change and uphold justice. Alnas ensures that alliance countries have the option to formalize governance structures by adopting our elected bodies. Upon request, the structure and authority of these bodies will be integrated into the framework for alliance members.
